Expression through thought, action, activation is energy growing, exchanging expressing, again expressing love through touch the ambiance of oneness… and good intention. Connection of opposites output of the positive, receives respect and reaction of ones inner-self reaching out to another consciousness returning together….. Freedom!

So i recently returned from thailand... i always see canada very differently upon returning from an adventure... its 5:30 am and i can not sleep... i see the culture there a lot more realistic than the culture here... there if you die you die, its your time move on... you live and work with your family in most cases... spending days working yet relaxing at the same time.. work everyday yet there is no need for a holiday its all a pleasure... balance ... community... someone needs help... sending them to your friend... in return your friend will send business your way... SMILE.... its a beautiful life... tourists are your frined not your enemy some may be disrespectful but most are just trying to appreciate and understand the beautiful country that you call home... now i know that thailand has a dark side and i have been fortunate enough to stay away from this.... however i appreciate the squating toilets and tissue like napkins all the perks of a place that is modern in many ways but still keeps the simple things simple... a huge piece of my heart rests in thailand i shall return many times to the land of the thai....
